Description: The VotingPrecinct polygon feature class identifies the voting district into which every parcel falls. Legal descriptions of the voting precincts must be supplied by each municipality to the County Clerk, who then passes the information on to the State. The initial coverage was created by using Oakland County's roads, parcels, and municipal districts. The key attributes are Precinct (the precinct number) and Name (the name of the municipality to which the voting precinct belongs).
